UPDATE April 3rd Little Boo had her PDA ligation surgery yesterday. Everything went well and she has recovered nicely. She is still somewhat sore and has to chill for a couple weeks to heal. With the incision on her left side it affects her left front leg, she will heal or be her normal rambunctious self soon.
After rehab she will be ready to go to her furever home.

Hi! I'm Boo. I came to Dakota Dachshund Rescue because I have a heart defect that needs to be fixed. I have a patent ductus arteriosus that was supposed to close after I was born but it didn't.
I am looking for special friends to donate to help with the high cost of my surgery. I need specialty surgeon, Dr Brent from Des Moines, to fix my heart.
