Tootsie is an owner surrender because neighbors complained she and her 2 siblings were too loud. We have not seen that. She's been with children 9 yrs and up. She does very well with other dogs and cats. Tootsie is a real snuggler, loves to be held, plays and wrestles with the other doxies. She will keep you warm in bed at night. If her eyes meet yours...you will adopt her. Don't come to look at her unless you are ready to be seduced.
