Hi! Hi! My name is Leia. I am a 7 year old chihuahua mix. I am a sweet girl who needs a slow introduction to new people as I am scared of anyone I don’t know. I am house trained and will bark when I need to be let out. My foster mom is working on me with leash training and I have been making great progress. However, I do need a fenced in backyard as I am sometimes scared of being picked up and will run away from you. I am kennel trained, but will often bark in my kennel for quite a while. I am good with both cats and dogs! After I get to know you and trust you I enjoy snuggling with you and laying on your shoulder. I am an active girl who loves to explore! I’m not a fan of car rides unless I am snuggling in someone’s lap. Do you think you can give me my furever home?
