Alvin is a wonderful guy that has come so far since he came into the rescue. Alvin was a severe puppymill doxie who didn't know human touch until he came to us.

He uses the doggie stairs to get up on the couch, and he loves to be petted.  Once he trusts you, Alvin is your best buddy.  He likes to go for rides, he travels well in a car, and he even goes camping with his foster mom!

Alvin will always need his own time and space when encountering new people, and he will need a fence to keep him safe. 

We know Alvin will need a special person to help him transition to a forever home, but once you earn his trust, you'll be rewarded with an awesome companion.
