Shelby and Angel are definitely besties.  Angel is the quiet one - Shelby is the outgoing one.  She loves to talk - not bark - talk.  She follows her foster mom everywhere.  Both girls had a loving family - they they were unable to keep the girls.  Now they are looking for a very forever family - together.  Neither of the girls like to be on a leash so a fence is a must.
