Yep - I am Sebastian - Charlie's brother.  We love to be together so DDR said they would try to keep us together as brothers forever.  We get along with all the other foster dogs.  We love to be with you.  We like to play - or we are willing to sit with you.  We just want to make you happy.  I am the more dominant one - I take care of my brother.   Come see us and double the love!
