Maisie is an adorable 8 yr old dachshund. She is quite the protector. She is a door dasher as well as a heel nipper until you get in the door and then she is quite the love. Maisie needs a fenced in yard as she will chase people and dogs that walk by if she gets out. Maisie gets along well with other dachshunds. Her adoption donation is $150. More about MaisieGood with Dogs, Not Good with Cats, Good with Kids Special Needs: For all you thinking of adopting or even fostering a pet that requires a fence..here is a suggestion: I have garden fence I purchased for $35 for 50ft. (I bought 2) and some electric fence posts. This hold all of my dogs in and is more than sufficient to hold them. It runs off my deck and against my house, giving them more than enough room to run (as I currently have 6). If you only have one..they really only need enough to go out an potty and keep them from running as some are door dashers..
