Chewie came to Dakota Dachshund Rescue as an owner surrender along with his brother Cosmo.  Their family didn't have a lot of time to spend with them so they wanted them to find a home with lots of attention like a dachshund should have.  Chew is very sweet.  He loves to lap sit and give kisses.  He also does well on a leash and would do great with an active family.  Both boys are a beautiful dark red.  Come and meet Chewie!
