Charlie is a gorgeous boy.  He is watching and learning all the time.  He was a little scared at first, but he is learning the routine and gets along well with all the foster dogs.  Charlie is deaf so will need a special loving home.  He will absolutely need a fenced yard to keep him safe.  Another dog would help him adjust too.  You really need to come and meet him - he will steal your heart.
