Jan 3rd 2020..Joy continues to heal after her surgery, it's been a long process to restretch her colon so she can poop normally. She on is medication as well as Hills Science Diet Biome food. She still has a ways to go but is improving. She goes in for follow up this week.
Joy update Nov 4th 2020 Joy was spay and had her dental yesterday. Because of some issues she had been having we had our vet do an anal exam while Joy was under anesthesia. He found Joy has anal stricture so will need a specialty surgeon to do her surgery. Please keep Joy in your prayers! We will start a fundraiser for her also to help with surgical costs. Joy is a very special girl! We named her Joy because she touches your heart ❤️her eyes are beautiful like her soul, she is very kind and gentle. This beautiful girl threw us a curve ball, we had no idea she was very pregnant when we took her in, she arrive on the 13th and delivered a teeny tiny little boy on the 18th. We weren't certain he would survive, so tiny and such a rough start. Joy is looking for sponsors to help her support her little guy.....can you help a beautiful girl out? Joy will be adoptable after she weans her puppy and she is far enough out from delivery to spay and have her dental.
