Hello from Oscar.  Oscar just came to DDR because his mom had to go to an apartment and could not take Oscar.  He is such a good boy.  Oscar is looking for a family to love him forever - and he will love them right back.  Oscar gets along with all other other dogs at his foster home and is looking for a family to love!
