Cocoa is an absolutely adorable, beautiful, precious young cuddle/snuggle bug that needs to be by her ‘person’ at ALL times.  She is getting better at potty training but still has a few accidents.  She doesn't like dog gates or to be kenneled.  She sleeps in our bed (in a soft tent like kennel with the door OPEN in the attempt to train her to feel more comfortable in a kennel) right beside me and my 2 other doxies.  She loves to cuddle up to them.  Cocoa is very friendly with kids and adults as well as other dogs.  She loves to play and needs an environment where she can learn how to go on walks with a leash, play with other humans and dogs to help her release all her extra 2-year-old energy.

Cocoa seems very timid…for example, whenever I reach out to pet her or pick her up, she shrinks down and backs away-even though she loves the attention and I haven’t even so much as raised my voice to her so she has no reason to fear me.

Cocoa does bark a lot-however, if I am holding her, she will not bark at anyone or anything.  I have literally held her while vacuuming and using a very loud leaf blower and she is just fine and doesn’t bark.

 This gorgeous girl is Cocoa. She is a breeder release and still a bit timid. She is starting to enjoy being held and snuggled. Cocoa does very well with the other dogs and is just starting to learn to live in the house. She does require a secure fenced yard to keep her safe. 

Cocoa is about 2 years old and weighs about 10 pounds. Her adoption fee is $350 plus tax of $15.75 for a total of $365.75.
