12/24/15 My name is Lewis. I came to Dakota Dachshund Rescue because I need to learn a few manners when people come into the house. I jump up and sometimes nip when I want attention. I'm a good dog, I just need some guidance. I am a tad over weight, the vet says I need to go on a diet, don't we all. I'm actually a very laid back boy. I love to play ball and fetch with toys. My foster mom throws the ball or toys - I go and get it and actually bring it back. I really love to play ball - who knew??? My name is Lewis. I weight about 27 pounds.
