This is  Rusty: This old man has a lot of personality.  It took him quite a while to warm up to his foster people, and was quite cantankerous in the process. But he's affectionate and outgoing once adjusted. He did have an abscessed tooth DDR took care of right away so that may help his crankiness ;)
He has some kennel aggression,  but he isn't able to cause harm (from lack of having most of his teeth). He loves to go outside to do his business, but he needs to wear a belly and in the house so he doesn't try to mark everything, this could be from moving to a surroundings.
His owner loved and adorable him but went into the hospital and then the nursing home, Rusty was devastated losing his person, he needs to find a new furever home to feel secure and loved.
He is good with cats and he's leash trained. 
Rusty is 14 yrs old, he weighs 10 pounds, his adoption fee is $250 plus sales tax $11.25 = $261.25
