Buckwheat is a very special little puppy.  He has Hydrochepalus (water on the brain). Buckwheat has very limited sight.  Not sure about hearing yet.  Buckwheat is learning to eat on his own. 

The biggest step we have made is that he is liking to be held much more now.  He even lets his foster mom give him kisses!
